Since 2000, the En Ka Society has awarded over $1,000,000 in more than 400 grants. The En Ka Society is a volunteer non-profit organization comprised of women in Winchester whose objective is to provide aid through volunteer services and fundraising for local charities, non-profit organizations and other groups that serve the people of Winchester.Geographic Scope

En Ka DOES NOT Fund:
- Each grant reviewed on its own merits within guidelines
- Only one grant per organization per fiscal year (September 1 - August 31)
- Previously declined requests may be resubmitted
- If multiple requests submitted, only one will be considered
- Grants may be recommended for full or partial funding or denied
- Applicants notified approximately 4 weeks from deadline
- Granted money must be applied within 6-9 months from issuance date; remaining funds must be returned to En Ka
- En Ka reserves right to request report on grant utilization
- Approved grants are publicized; recipients encouraged to participate in En Ka Fair Parade
- Public acknowledgment appreciated

3. Email completed form ALONG WITH FINANCIAL DOCUMENTATION to: grants@enkasociety.org
4. Send brief confirmation email notifying of submission
#### Option 2: Online Application Form
1. Access the online form at enkasociety.org/grants
2. Enter all required information
3. Upload all required documentation (see below)
4. Submit to committee
5. Receive confirmation email with copy of submission
#### Option 3: Mail (if downloading application)
1. Print completed application form

Required Documentation
CRITICAL: Grants will NOT be reviewed without financial documentation included- Project budget
- Organization financial statement
- Applications must clearly demonstrate benefits to Winchester residents
- Requests to fund salaries or fixed operating expenses cannot be considered
- Only one request per organization per fiscal year will be considered
- Provide detailed information on project goals and implementation
