Candidates must be female.Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to volunteerism.Candidates must be enrolled in a four-year accredited college or university in Ohio, or one with reciprocity with Ohio (preference may be given to permanent residents of Ohio).Candidates must meet one of the following: have returned to college as an undergraduate or graduate student after an extended absence of at least two years; Be 23 or older and in college for the first time; Be applying for graduate school for the first time with a minimum 3.0 grade point average (GPA); or have completed freshman year with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
