Dorothy E. Ann Fund (D.E.A.F.) Scholarship This scholarship fund provides support to qualified students who are deaf or hard of hearing who demonstrate strong academic achievement, financial need, and good character. Eligible applicants must plan to pursue full-time, post-secondary education at one of the following institutions: Gallaudet University, the National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID) at Rochester Institute of Technology, or Columbus State Community College. The fund is designed to expand access to higher education and support academic success for students who are deaf or hard of hearing as they pursue their educational and career goals.Eligibility
