Overview
Educational Sponsorship Program
Purpose: Support current and future employees pursuing degrees required for qualified healthcare roles at Altru by covering tuition, program, and management fees.
Geographic Scope: North Dakota, Minnesota, and select programs outside the region
Qualified Educational Sponsorship Positions:
Note: Qualified roles are subject to change based on organizational needs and workforce demand.
Program Pathways:
- Altru pays 100% of tuition, program, and management fees
- Payments made directly to the academic program
- Eligibility based on active employment and enrollment status
Regional Academic Programs (Employed)
Designed for individuals already employed or will be employed at Altru and enrolled in an approved regional academic program.- Funds paid directly to the student
- Initial payment requires proof of admission
- Ongoing payments require transcripts and tuition invoices
- Award amounts set per semester and may not cover full tuition costs
Non-Regional Academic Programs (Pre-Employment)
Designed for individuals pursuing education before starting employment at Altru.Eligibility & Enrollment Requirements:
