Loan Repayment Program

Purpose: Support and recognize Altru employees by alleviating financial student loan burden, help recruit employees and fill high-need jobs while keeping talent in North Dakota.

Geographic Scope: North Dakota or within 50 miles of the border

Qualified Loan Repayment Positions:

Athletic Trainers

Cardiac Sonographers

Echo Techs

Medical Lab Specialists/Medical Lab Techs

Respiratory Therapists

RN or LPN (inpatient only)

Surgical Techs

Ultrasound Techs

Vascular Techs

Program Eligibility:

Must be employee at least 24 months or less at the time of application

Must live in North Dakota or within 50 miles of the border for the duration of receiving financial support

Hold a balance on a non-defaulted student loan

Employment Commitment:

Employees must remain employed, full-time (0.8 FTE and above) for 3 years
