Purpose: Support and recognize Altru employees by alleviating financial student loan burden, help recruit employees and fill high-need jobs while keeping talent in North Dakota.
Geographic Scope: North Dakota or within 50 miles of the border
Qualified Loan Repayment Positions:
- Athletic Trainers
- Cardiac Sonographers
- Echo Techs
- Medical Lab Specialists/Medical Lab Techs
- Respiratory Therapists
- RN or LPN (inpatient only)
- Surgical Techs
- Ultrasound Techs
- Vascular Techs
Program Eligibility:
- Must be employee at least 24 months or less at the time of application
- Must live in North Dakota or within 50 miles of the border for the duration of receiving financial support
- Hold a balance on a non-defaulted student loan
Employment Commitment:
- Employees must remain employed, full-time (0.8 FTE and above) for 3 years
