Education for Homeless Children and Youth Request for Applications 2025-2028

The New Hampshire Department of Education, Bureau of Instructional Support is issuing a Request for Applications (RFA) for NH public and charter schools to receive McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act funds through the competitive three-year grant program. The McKinney-Vento Education of Homeless Children and Youth Grant Program is designed to promote the enrollment, attendance, and educational success of homeless children and youth in schools and other educational services for which they are eligible, including Head Start, Even Start, and pre-school programs administered by the local educational agency (LEA).
