Geographic Scope: Christadelphian Ecclesias (primarily US-based)

Purpose: To assist Ecclesias in the financing of Ecclesial Halls through no-interest loans to support their Gospel sharing and community facilities.

Loan Structure: No-interest loans

Eligibility: Christadelphian Ecclesias seeking to build or finance Ecclesial Hall facilities

Background: The Simi Hills Preaching Fund is able to help Ecclesias with financing Ecclesial Halls as part of their mission to support Christadelphian preaching and community efforts.

Application Process

1. Develop detailed plans for your proposed Ecclesial Hall building project
2. Gather and organize detailed cost information including:
   • Construction/renovation costs
   • All project expenses
3. Prepare documentation of the Ecclesia's ability to repay the loan, including:
   • Financial capacity assessment
   • Repayment plan
4. Submit the building proposal and cost/repayment information to Bro. Ken Sommerville

Required Materials:

• Information on the proposed building (plans, specifications)
• Detailed cost breakdown
• Ecclesia's financial repayment capacity documentation
• Proposed repayment timeline
