Early Career Alumnus Award

Program Overview: Award established in 2022 to recognize alumni for remarkable achievements and leadership that have brought pride and recognition to Cleveland Clinic.

Purpose

Honor early-career alumni for exceptional accomplishments in their professions balanced with dedicated contributions of time, energy and resources to the community.

Eligibility

• Must be within 10 years of completing recognized training program at Cleveland Clinic
• Must have distinguished themselves in one or more of the following areas:
  • Clinical Practice
  • Education
  • Research
  • Community Leadership
  • Service
• Nominees can be recognized posthumously
• Current members of Alumni Association Board of Directors are not eligible

• Recognized at annual Fall Alumni Association Awards Reception

Selection Process

• Nominating Committee chaired by President-Elect of Alumni Association Board reviews nominations biennially
• Committee votes on eligible candidates

1. Nominate a qualified early-career Cleveland Clinic alumnus
2. Complete the Alumni Award Nomination Form
3. Submit nomination to Alumni Association

Key Considerations

• Nominee must be within 10 years of completing training program

• Current Alumni Association Board members cannot be nominated
