Non-profits with a 501 C (3) status or organizations partnering with a fiscal sponsor are eligibleOrganizations must be located in the communities of: Dyersville, Earlville, Farley, Luxemburg, New Vienna, Petersburg, Worthington.The amount requested may include monetary or in-kind donations and volunteer labor any volunteer labor should be calculated at a rate of $10/hr.Grant money must be used within 12 months from approval dateGrantee will submit a video, by mobile phone, telling us:your name and organization’s namehow much you were awardedwhat you will be doing with your fundsand how this will touch the people that you serveGrantees may elect to complete an outcomes report, online, as substitution of the video. If you receive a grant, at least one member of the organization must attend the grant reception.If you were a grant recipient the prior year, you must have submitted your grant video or grant report to be eligible this year.
