    Grant Application Process

    Timeline:

  • Applications open: Currently open

  • Applications received spring 2025 - Nov 30, 2025 reviewed in spring 2026

  • Notification: Decision announcement by summer 2026

  • Video requests from finalists: Late winter

  • Video due: Spring

  • Final review: Late spring through summer

  • Grant funding dispersed: September-October

  • Project completion deadline: One year from funding
