Downtown Banner Program
Overview: The street banner program beautifies downtown with a display of banners designed to promote downtown as well as to celebrate its revitalization and progress. The street banners serve as a tool to welcome visitors and residents alike to downtown Chattanooga.
Background: Started in the late 1990's as a partnership with the City of Chattanooga
Geographic Scope: Downtown Chattanooga district
Eligibility: Event organizers and cultural facilities seeking to use the district banner space
