'The CDC Predevelopment Grant Fund is specifically tailored to support the initiatives of CDCs in Memphis' under-resourced communities.' It provides financial assistance for predevelopment activities: site assessments and feasibility studies; design and planning (conceptual designs, architectural renderings, master plans); and community engagement and outreach (outreach programs, public consultations, stakeholder engagement). The fund is designed to help CDCs overcome funding barriers and accelerate project initiation.
