Geographic Scope: Wisconsin (national program serves 24 states and 4 tribal communities)

Focus Areas:

• Diaper distribution infrastructure expansion
• Wraparound support services for families experiencing diaper need

Wraparound Services Include:

• Job training
• Educational support
• Housing assistance
• Food and nutrition services

Target Population:

• Families with children under age 3
• An estimated 189,224 children under age 3 reside in Wisconsin
• Focus on 20% of children living in households with incomes between 100-200% of Federal Poverty Level (FPL)
• Estimated 31,537 children potentially requiring diaper assistance
