Deluxe Corp Foundation: ERG Grant Progam

The Deluxe Corporation Foundation's ERG Grant Program supports diverse and inclusive initiatives by empowering employee resource groups (ERGs) to partner with nonprofits addressing relevant social issues. Each of the ten ERGs will award a $25,000 grant to a selected organization, fostering community impact and collaboration. The foundation, established in 1954, has invested over $109 million in charitable causes, focusing on financial literacy, education, and community support to enhance lives and promote entrepreneurship.

Employee Resource Group (ERG) Grants
In 2024, the Deluxe Foundation introduced a new grant strategy to foster diverse and inclusive environments by harnessing the collective power of employee resource groups (ERGs) to create authentic, community-led impact. Their insight into specific issues can ensure that grant funding is directed to deserving initiatives that are meaningful to ERG members, employees and the commuities in which we live and work.
Each of Deluxe’s 10 ERGs will identify and establish a partnership with a nonprofit organization working on social issues relevant to their cause, and award one $25k general operating grant to the selected nonprofit organization.
Deluxe’s 10 ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups brought together by a common interest, membership in a protected class, or shared experience.

Eligibility

Nonprofit organizations that have obtained a tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) or 509(a)(1), (2), or (3) and that meet the grant focus areas are encouraged to apply for a $25k ERG Grant from the Deluxe Corporation Foundation. The Foundation accepts grant proposals from qualifying nonprofit organizations that serve the Twin Cities, Atlanta, Kansas City, Fort Worth and Newark surrounding areas in which Deluxe facilities are located.National-level non-profit organizations are also encouraged to apply.
