Overview

Innovation Grants available in 2026! In 2026, Delta Dental of Arizona Foundation (DDAZF) will be accepting applications for oral health programs, food insecurity programs and now will consider two-year grants for INNOVATIVE dental and food insecurity programs. The new Innovation Grant supports forward-thinking ideas that tackle today’s most pressing oral health and food insecurity challenges for underserved communities. DDAZF is looking to fund projects by nonprofit organizations that are original, adaptable, easily duplicated, designed for real-world impact and have the potential to make a meaningful, measurable difference in the community. The Innovation Grant is looking to fund nonprofit projects or programs that follow these principles: Applying a proven approach in a new setting or with a different populationCombining programs to enhance their impact in a new wayCo-creating solutions with the community, especially those most affected by the issuePiloting an idea that could lead to broader changeMeet qualifications for dental or food insecurity grants (see below) Foundation Grants The Delta Dental of Arizona Foundation (DDAZF) Grant Program supports projects and services promoting good oral health practices, increasing access to dental care, nutrition programs, food banks and pantries. It is the intention that this funding will: Encourage and advance the integration of oral health and overall health.Increase access to oral health services to underserved communities.Promote collaboration across a wide range of health providers in Arizona. Increase use of proven approaches into greater and more widespread practice.Increase food security.Improve nutritional quality of available food.Increase nutrition awareness.
