Vision: To be the recognized community-owned organization that initiates, teaches and encourages personal and corporate charitable giving today to ensure that the philanthropic needs of Oklahomans can be met for all generations. Mission: TCF serves each donor and local charitable organization by actively promoting and receiving endowment and other funds by prudently managing those funds, under community control, for charitable purposes of Tulsa and eastern Oklahoma. Delores and Jerry Etter Graduate Research Scholarships The Delores and Jerry Etter Graduate Research Scholarships support M.S. and Ph.D. students who will be working on research related to the Joseph H. Williams Tallgrass Prairie Preserve.
