Sergeant Craig Johnson Scholarship Sergeant Craig Johnson served with the Tulsa Police Department for 15 years and was a dedicated servant to the city. A graduate of Union High School, Sgt. Johnson spent most of his career assigned to east Tulsa at the Mingo Valley Division. He was able to achieve many things through his service as a Tulsa Police Officer, including becoming a training officer, a sergeant, and being instrumental in changing the law on copper theft. Prior to his passing, he was awarded with the Tulsa Police Department Purple Heart. The purpose of the Sergeant Craig Johnson Scholarship Fund is to provide scholarships for current graduates of public or charter high schools in East Tulsa who plan to enroll in an undergraduate program of study at an accredited U.S. college, university, technical program or trade school in the state of Oklahoma.Eligibility
