Emergency Grants Emergency Grants assist nonprofit organizations and community governmental organizations with urgent funding needs created by an unforeseen event that significantly interrupts essential services. Emergencies do not include circumstances where routine maintenance or planned capital equipment replacement could have prevented the emergency.Eligibility

While the Community Foundation remains flexible in considering urgent needs, Emergency Grants are not generally awarded for: General operating expenses.Routine operational costs of projects, programs, and organizations including updating technology.Personnel and/or administrative/overhead costs Meeting budget shortfalls.Capital or operational debt reduction.
