Capital Project Grant Capital project requests are defined as those expenditures associated with the construction or renovation of any building or edifice or acquisition of land, buildings, major equipment or furnishings. Grant Schedule:​ ​The Capital Project applications are available at all times and have no deadline. ​

Eligibility

Capital Project Criteria: Grantees must be registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization under the Internal Revenue Code, a governmental agency, or a qualified educational institution. Requests may only be submitted by any single organization one time in five years.​​ The capital projects must have a total budget of at least $250,000. Applicants must first submit a Letter of Intent. If the letter of intent is approved, a separate application and supporting documents will be requested via the online grant portal.​​ Grant funds will only be released after 80% of the total budget is received by the applicant ir as otherwise determined by the Large Grant Committee.
