  • Organizations must have volunteers show up for scheduled shifts or risk disqualification
  • Key Restrictions:

  • Organizations unable to provide volunteers are not eligible to apply

  • Failure to submit required grant report by deadline disqualifies from future grants

  • No exceptions to application deadline
