CTUF and HIRE360 Candidate Tutor Support Program for Trade Apprentices

Purpose: Provide 1:1 and small group tutoring sessions with highly qualified content specialists to help HIRE360 trade candidates pass the HIRE360 Apprenticeship Pre-Test.

#### For Trade Candidates:
1. Referral/Enrollment:
- Trade candidates are referred through HIRE360
- Enrollment through HIRE360 apprenticeship program
- Tutoring support provided to supplement HIRE360 training

2. Tutoring Format:
- 1:1 tutoring sessions available
- Small group tutoring available
- Flexible scheduling with qualified tutors

3. Test Preparation:
- Content covers HIRE360 Apprenticeship Pre-Test requirements
- Focus on identified knowledge gaps
- Goal is to prepare candidates to pass apprenticeship test

#### For CPS Teacher Tutors:
1. Interest/Application:
- Complete interest form (available through CTUF)

- Current CPS teacher
- Highly qualified instructor status
- Strong content knowledge in mathematics and/or reading
- Technical, pedagogical, and cultural competency
