Create Social Service Access Hubs for New Americans Across Minnesota RFP (MN) Objective The Minnesota Department of Human Services, through its Resettlement Programs Office (STATE), is seeking Proposals from qualified Responders to shape and ensure accessibility of social services to meet the basic and ongoing needs of new Americans. The goal is to establish a network of statewide service hubs that ensures access and support to navigate available social services that are responsive to current and projected challenges that new Americans face in building economic stability and well-being in Minnesota. Program Goals This RFP seeks to: Enhance the well-being and economic stability of new Americans by facilitating access to and navigation of available resources and connecting in with systems of support in their communities.Build statewide social service hub infrastructure and capacity to serve new Americans who are otherwise ineligible for federally funded support.Increase access to social services for new Americans statewide, with a particular focus on areas where existing services are unavailable, insufficient or inaccessible. Funding Up to $5.5 million is available for grants to qualified social services organizations. The State anticipates funding seven to twelve (7-12) organizations, with a minimum grant of $200,000 for the full grant period.Eligibility
