Background:
The coronavirus pandemic and shelter-in-place orders brought real estate transactions to standstill. Those servicing the real estate industry saw their businesses grind to a halt. The Foundation's COVID-19 Relief Action provides these emergency grants to help those negatively affected.

Application Process
Applications reviewed and funds disbursed on a rolling basis to reach affected persons and families as soon as possible.

- Explain how COVID-19 situation created financial hardship (kept anonymous)

- Contact information used only for grocery card delivery and fulfillment
- If story shared, it will be scrubbed of all personally-identifying information
Criteria
- Must have been active SCCAOR member within last 18 months
- Must be negatively affected by COVID-19 pandemic
