Our responsibilities include identifying health risks; educating the public; preventing and controlling diseases, injuries and exposure to environmental hazards; promoting effective community collaborations; and optimizing equitable access to community resources. The Connection, Assistance, Resources and Education Grant for Dementia Caregivers in DC (CARE DC) This funding opportunity aims to increase the number of caregivers receiving dementia navigation by building a coordinated, data informed network of resources to improve the quality of life for caregivers across the District.
