Funder: Delta Dental Community Care Foundation

Geographic Scope: 15-state enterprise and Washington, D.C. (AL, CA, DE, DC, FL, GA, LA, MD, MS, MT, NV, NY, PA, TX, UT, WV)

Mission: To invest in local communities where Delta Dental operates through smaller grants and employee engagement opportunities.

Nonprofit organizations

Community-based organizations

Note: Grant support is by invitation only

Partner Network:

Over 300 nonprofit partners supported

Community health clinics

Local community organizations

Employee Involvement:

Employee Giving Program: Employees receive $1,000 in annual matching funds for charitable donations

Employee Nomination: Employees can nominate causes to receive grants

Employee Volunteering: Employees receive 16 hours of paid time off annually for volunteering

Community Councils: Four community councils award grants annually in their regions:

- Alpharetta, GA
- Mechanicsburg, PA
- Rancho Cordova, CA
- Bay Area, CA
