Community Investment Grants (2026-2028 Cycle)

In partnership with local agencies, businesses, and volunteers, UWCC addresses the community's most pressing challenges by aligning resources, investing in effective programs, and providing direct support where it is needed most.

Organizations funded through the 2026–2028 Community Investment Grants can expect an engaged and supportive partner committed to strengthening outcomes across Charlotte County.     Reporting Requirements

  • Year 1 Monthly Reporting Survey (Due 15th of every month)
  • Mid-Year Report (Due Friday, May 2 at 4:00 p.m.)
  • Funded organizations expected to provide ongoing reporting and impact data

    How to Apply

    Application Process

    Account Setup (Required for all applicants):
    1. New Users: CREATE AN ACCOUNT - Use your Agency Name as your User Name
    - Watch for confirmation email to set your password (check spam folder)
    2. Returning Users: LOGIN HERE with existing username and password
    3. Forgot Password: RESET YOUR PASSWORD if you've used the email previously
    4. Important: Save your username and password - will be used for agency reporting and future applications

    Application Completion:
    1. Complete all required fields in the online application system
    2. Do not leave any blanks - enter "N/A" if not applicable
    3. Click "SAVE DRAFT" frequently to save your progress
    4. Return to application as needed to complete sections
    5. Click "SUBMIT" when application is complete

    Important Notes:

  • Incomplete applications will not be accepted

  • You will not be able to access the completed submission after submission

  • A copy of your submission will be sent via email

  • Be sure to LOGOUT once you have saved draft or submitted
