Award Recognition: The award highlights the importance of community health by honoring commitment, motivation, and dedication of individuals who sustainably improve health of underserved populations.

Geographic Scope: Open to individuals from any country

Eligibility

Who Can Be Nominated:

Individuals from any country may be nominated

Individual does NOT have to work for a CORE Group member organization

Who Can Submit Nominations:

Any staff member working for a CORE Group member organization

Individual & Student members of CORE Group

Voting:

Conducted by ballot

Limited to CORE Group member organizations only

Winner determined by majority of votes received

Award Benefits
