Community Grants & Donations Program

A&N Electric Cooperative provides funding to support outstanding youth, community organizations, and events that benefit members within their service territory.

Geographic Scope: A&N Electric Cooperative service territory (Eastern Shore, Virginia)

• Community organizations
• Events benefiting cooperative members

Award Details:

• Typical Funding Range: $250 - $1,500
• Award Decision Timeline: At least 30 days after due date for decision
• Rolling quarterly deadlines based on funding need dates

Deadline Schedule:

• March to June funding: Due no later than January 31
• July to October funding: Due no later than April 30
• November to February funding: Due no later than October 31

Application Process

1. Fill out Community Grants & Donations application form as completely as possible
2. Include all necessary contact information
3. Provide supporting materials (optional but recommended)
4. Submit by applicable deadline based on funding timeline
5. Allow at least 30 days after due date for funding decision
