Community Grants

Purpose: Support a wide variety of organizations and projects addressing critical local needs.

Geographic Scope: Newaygo County and affiliate counties (Lake, Mecosta, Osceola)

Focus Areas:

  • Community and Economic Development: Including trails, biking/hiking infrastructure, job creation

  • Education: Including literacy programs, teacher training, substance abuse prevention, reading intervention

  • Poverty to Prosperity: Including family assistance services, mental health support, wellness centers
  • Eligibility:

  • Organizations located in or directly serving the people of Newaygo County

  • Nonprofit organizations
  • Examples of Funded Programs:
