Community Foundation Responsive Grants

The Community Foundation of Washington County, MD offers Responsive Grants aimed at fostering collaboration among local nonprofits. Eligibility

Applicant organizations must be based in and primarily serving Washington County, Maryland, and have a current 501(c) (3) determination from the IRS. Collaboration Requirement: Applications must focus on a collaborative program or initiative involving at least two local nonprofit organizations. Each application must include a letter of collaboration which:Outlines the joint effort.Identifies the lead applicant to serve as the fiscal agent and primary contact for the grant.Contains signatures from the Board Chairs of all collaborating organizations
