Overview

Community Foundation Grants Community grants allow the Community Foundation of Burke County (CFBC) to make grants to tax-exempt, 501(c) (3) organizations that have programs benefiting the residents of Burke County. CFBC is pleased to announce that we have implemented the Foundant online grant management system. All applications and required follow-up will be done online. Organizational Development Grants To provide support for nonprofits to retain a consultant to assist in strengthening their organization. Grant amounts will be up to $10,000 maximum, will not exceed one year, and may cover the following costs: governance training strategic planning improved fiscal management (i.e., audit costs) asset development planning legal counsel (i.e., bylaws, governance documents, memorandum of understanding)
