Funder: The Junior League of Tyler Inc.

Geographic Scope: Smith County, Texas

Program Purpose: The Junior League of Tyler seeks to positively impact the Smith County community by providing substantial monetary grants and volunteer support to meaningful projects that align with the organization's mission and purpose.

Areas of Focus for Funding

• The proposed project must align with the mission of The Junior League of Tyler, Inc.
• Project must adhere to at least one of the League's official position statements
• All services provided must benefit residents of Smith County
• All grant funds must be spent and reimbursed between June 1, 2026, and May 31, 2027
• The partner must be able to accommodate and demonstrate a clear need for participation by Junior League volunteers
• The applying organization must demonstrate the ability to sustain the project after League funding ends

Eligibility

• Nonprofit organizations in Smith County
• Community agencies in Smith County

Grant Timeline

• Application Period: June 9, 2025 – September 5, 2025
• Funding Period: June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027
• Deadline: September 5, 2025

• Please apply for the full amount of funding your project requires
• Partial grants may be awarded at the League's discretion
• Late or incomplete applications will not be considered and will result in an automatic decline
• Early submissions are encouraged
