Community Arts Development Mini Grants

Overview: The MINI-GRANT program provides flexible funding for organizations between the regular grant periods and for emergency or special opportunities.

Award Amount: Maximum $500 per grant

Geographic Scope: Worcester County, Maryland

Eligibility:

  • Incorporated Maryland not-for-profit, tax-exempt organizations

  • New organizations or projects that emerge between grant periods

  • Established organizations facing emergency needs or special opportunities between regular grant submission deadlines
  • Intended Purposes:
    1. To provide funds to a new organization or project that emerges between grant periods and deserves immediate Arts Council support
    2. To provide funds to an established organization or project facing an emergency need or special opportunity between grant periods and outside the specified grant submission deadlines of April 15th or October 15th
