Community Arts Access Tier 1 & 2 Community Arts Access Tier 1 & 2 is a grant program that provides up to $4,000 in arts activity support to arts and non-arts organizations and unincorporated groups. This program funds arts activities including but not limited to art festivals, exhibitions, performance series, touring performances or exhibits and stand-alone single discipline or multidisciplinary arts projects of all forms. (The CAA grant is not a general operating support grant.)
