Columbus Roast Association Fund The Columbus Roast Association Fund was established to continue the long-standing philanthropic legacy of the Columbus Roast Association, which originated in the 1970s to support former Ohio State University athletes and their families in times of need. Through annual comedy roast events, the Association raised significant funds to provide financial assistance within the community. In 2017, this generosity was transitioned into a scholarship program that supports high school seniors from Franklin and Madison counties with demonstrated financial need as they pursue a college degree, extending the Association’s mission of service and community support to the next generation.
