Note: All interested applicants are encouraged to attend the virtual preapplication conference on April 8, 2025, at 2:00 p.m College Fellowship The College Fellowship Program (CFP), a professional development initiative designed to support recent college graduates in transitioning into meaningful, in-demand public or private sector careers. In addition to work experience, the 6-month paid fellowship program will also include wrap around supports where fellows gain hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and leadership training. DOES OSY seeks applications from organizations with experience in workforce development, professional training, and career placement services. The selected grantee(s) will manage the fellowship placement process, identify fellowship host sites, provide ongoing professional development training and mentorship, and ensure fellows are equipped with industry-recognized certifications that enhance their career trajectories. The program will operate for two cohorts under this grant.

Eligible applicants include public and private non-profit and for-profit organizations eligible to do business with the District government, including but not limited to community-based organizations, faithbased organizations, public, charter or alternative secondary schools and post-secondary institutions. Applicants shall have demonstrated effectiveness providing the requested services and meeting the needs of the target population.
