Award Amount:

Maximum per single project: $9,000,000 (based on FY2025 Final Pro Rata Need of NC Balance of State CoC)

Match Requirement:

Minimum 25% cash or in-kind match (or combination), per 24 CFR 578.73

Eligibility:

Agencies with active and up-to-date sam.gov account

Non-profits must have IRS 501c3 final determination letter

All applicants must have Code of Conduct
