Applicants are encouraged to apply for formula grant funding through their Clean Water Service Provider (CWSP) if the project’s main aim is phosphorus reduction to help meet TMDL goals.High priority sites will be identified through existing data in previous stream geomorphic assessments, Vermont's Watershed Projects Database, site visits, and through communications with partnering organizations such as an ANR-DEC Watershed Planner or River Scientist or a USFWS Biologist.
