The CIT program is a leadership and workforce development track for teens interested in mentoring younger campers and building real-world job skills. Scholarship support makes this workforce development pathway accessible to motivated teens from all backgrounds.

What the Program Offers

Participants receive:

• Group management skills
• Youth development training
• Hands-on mentoring experience alongside Town Camp staff
• Real-world job experience

Goals

• Provide meaningful first steps in employment and leadership

• Create a workforce development pipeline
• Enable teens to mentor younger campers and give back to their communities
• Many participants go on to become paid staff members as camp counselors, lifeguards, or related positions
