CICF Crosser Family Foundation Grants

The Crosser Family Foundation, a component of the Hamilton County Community Foundation, provides grants to enhance the lives of youth and families in Hamilton County. This invitation-only grant opportunity focuses on community engagement, health and wellness, housing, and youth development. Funding requests are exclusively accepted through prior invitation.

The Crosser Family Foundation, a fund of Hamilton County Community Foundation, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of youth and families in Hamilton County. By partnering with innovative nonprofit organizations, the Crosser Family Foundation strives to cultivate a strong and engaged community. This is an invitation-only grant opportunity.
The Crosser Family Foundation was established by Janet R. Crosser and the late Richard H. Crosser in 2001.
The Crosser Family Foundation is rooted in the belief that philanthropy should be compassionate, responsible, provide opportunity and justice, and support diversity in our community.

Eligibility

Grants are for operating or program supportGrants are issued to 501(c)(3) organizationsWorking with Hamilton County Community Foundation staff, the Crosser Family Foundation advisors seek organizations that focus on Hamilton County or the surrounding areas in Central Indiana. Multi-year grants are considered for organizations with a past funding relationship with the foundation.

Ineligibility

Please note that the foundation does not fund events, fundraisers, or any organizations that have discriminatory policies or practices.Grants will not be made:To individuals;To organizations or projects that discriminate based on race, ethnicity, age, gender or sexual orientation;For political campaigns or direct lobbying efforts by 501(c)(3) organizationsFor post-event or debt retirementFor Projects aimed at promoting a particular religion
