Eligibility requires current (or in-process) enrollment in an eligible chordoma clinical trial.
How to Apply
Complete the CTAP application form (including a Clinical Trial Verification Form signed by a member of the trial team); applications are reviewed in the order received and applicants are notified of approval within five business days.
