Chi Omega Christmas Market Grant Program

To be considered for Chi Omega Christmas Market grant funding, organizations MUST:
What Chi Omega Does NOT Fund
- Organizations not operating within Dallas County
- Community services delivered outside of Dallas County
- Chapters of national organizations receiving financial support from their national office
- For-profit organizations
- Major building/capital campaigns (although program-specific capital requests may receive grants)
- Conferences or benefits
- Individuals, for any purpose
- Projects that promote religious or political doctrine
- Research (medical or otherwise)
- Operating deficits/retirement of existing debt

Important Note: Chi Omega Christmas Market accepts Full Grant Applications BY INVITATION ONLY.
Application Steps
1. Submit Letter of Inquiry (LOI)
- Submit a Letter of Inquiry to be evaluated by Chi Omega Christmas Market membership
- LOI evaluates whether the organization's mission and proposed project fit within eligibility guidelines
- Factors evaluated include: proposed project's feasibility and sustainability, and the organization's ability to plan, implement, evaluate and sustain the project

2. Await LOI Evaluation Results
- Chi Omega Christmas Market membership reviews the LOI
- Organization will be notified if invited to submit a full proposal
3. Submit Full Grant Application (By Invitation Only)
- Only organizations invited after successful LOI evaluation may submit full proposals
- Grants are awarded based on a vote of the Chi Omega Christmas Market membership after prospective grant recipients have successfully completed each step of the grant process
