Eligibility

Have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale, or be in the top 35 percent of their class,Be a graduate of a Dayton Public High School,Plan to attend an accredited two or four-year college/university,Demonstrate financial need, andDemonstrate academic potential.
