Mission and Priorities The Foundation’s mission is to help donors and organizations "help others" through philanthropic services, strategic grantmaking, and community leadership. With a vision of creating a vibrant and inclusive Greater Dayton, the Foundation focuses on building capacity for nonprofits, promoting equitable opportunities, and collaborating across sectors to address community challenges. Keep Playing the Game Scholarship Sport Management alumni that have worked closely with Doc T understand his approach is rather unique. He is dedicated to his profession and students, blunt in communication and clear in his goal to encourage students to break out of their comfort zones through professional networking, challenging preconceptions and pushing the status quo in pursuit of a successful next step after UD. In the spirit of continued personal development, and with the goal to never stop playing the game, this fund continues Doc T’s relentless pursuit of taking it to the next level. Awards can be used toward graduate school, professional development, online training and other approved career-related expenses.
