Overview: Since 1998, QueensCare has provided grants to nonprofit partners working to expand access to care and improve health outcomes for Los Angeles County.

Geographic Scope: Los Angeles County, with preference for QueensCare's Primary and Secondary Service Areas

Focus Areas: Healthcare services aligned with one or more of QueensCare's 13 Funds

Eligibility:

501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations only

Must propose healthcare initiatives

Must serve Los Angeles County residents

Target populations must have household incomes at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level

QueensCare gives preference to agencies that have operated successfully for at least three years
