Cas C. Lindsey Prize The Canadian Society of Zoologists is a professional organization dedicated to the enhancement of education and research in zoology at the provincial, federal and international level. Membership is open to all persons interested in zoology - Students, Researchers, and Educators. The Canadian Society of Zoologists is a diverse and inclusive not-for-profit scientific society that welcomes members of any gender, race, ethnicity, religion and sexual orientation. The society aims to reflect this diversity at all levels, ranging from participation at meetings, to representation on council and committees, to the recipients of its awards. The Canadian Society of Zoologists is proud to promote and support equality for all members interested in zoology. The Cas C. Lindsey Prize given by the IEE Section will be awarded for the best student presentation (oral or poster) within the fields of behaviour, ecology or evolution.

Eligibility

You can learn more about this opportunity by visiting the funder's website. Candidates must be students or have completed their degree within the past year. They must present work completed towards their degree.The candidate must be the first author on the presentation.In cases of multiple authorships, the candidate’s supervisor must submit a letter stating that the research is primarily that of the student and summarizing the contribution of each author.

Ineligibility

The Cas C. Lindsey Prize cannot be awarded to a previous recipient of the prize.
