Program Description:
Established in memory of the late House Majority Leader Caroline L. Gross to honor dedication to public service. The fellowship enables recipients to attend an intensive leadership program at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, which many recipients describe as the most important experience of their professional and personal lives.
