Community Grant In line with CareOregon's mission to inspire and partner to create quality and equity in individual and community health, the objectives of CareOregon’s community giving program are to: Address priority social needs in the communities where our members liveBuild CareOregon partnerships with CBOs addressing community health needsIncrease collaboration between CBO partners to improve access to care and reduce health disparities Our giving will focus on organizations and events providing programming and services to address community health needs including food, housing and access to education and healthcare. Funding Grants average about $25,000.
