Overview

Building Capital Development Grants

Overview: The Louisiana Bar Foundation (LBF) is dedicated to providing support to grantees by assisting in their long-term stability and viability in providing services.

Funding Purpose: Awards grants on a 50% to 50% matching basis to current grantees with the purpose of assisting in the acquisition or renovation of an office building and/or property.

Eligible Projects:

Acquisition projects (including planning, architectural and renovation expenses) for up to 8 years of funding or a maximum of $400,000

Renovation-only projects for up to 5 years of funding or a maximum of $250,000

Eligibility:

Current LBF grantees only

Must match 50% of grant funds
