Overview

Bucks Innovative and Improvement Grants Bucks Innovation and Improvement Grants (BIIG) range in value up to $15,000, recognizing innovative ideas to improve the quality of life for children, young adults, and families in Bucks County, Pa.  Applicants must provide measurable benchmarks throughout the term of the grant and expected outcomes at the conclusion of the grant period. Recipients must provide a 6-month progress report and a 12-month final report. Awarded annually in December and June: Fall: Letter of Inquiry due October 1; Full Application (following LOI approval) due October 15Spring: Letter of Inquiry due April 1; Full Application (following LOI approval) due April 15 Following submission of the LOI, FCP will schedule a pre-grant meeting with the applicant. Further, GuideStar will verify the non-profit status of each applicant, and FCP will review recent independent audits and financial statements and conduct a site visit if necessary. This due-diligence review process follows the standards set by the Council on Foundations.
